Delivery
All items are handmade to order and shipped to you directly from our studio in Banbury, Oxfordshire.
We are currently only able to ship within the UK.
Lead Times
Orders will be made and dispatched within 1-2 working days of order/proof approval.
Express orders will be prioritised and dispatched within 1 working day of order/proof approval.
Our working days are Monday - Friday and we will be closed for public holidays. Full details of our working hours can be found here.
Should there be any delay with an item you will be notified via email.

We advise that you allow up to 5 working days between estimated delivery and your wedding day to accommodate for contingencies.

Tracking
All of our orders are sent on a tracked delivery service and will usually be provided with a 2 hour delivery window on the day of delivery.
You will be sent a tracking number and link with your order dispatch notification email.
Delivery Details
For standard deliveries the courier used is Amazon Shipping, which is a 2 day delivery service and will be delivered by your local Amazon delivery driver.
Amazon Shipping delivers 7 days per week, this is a fully tracked delivery service with a delivery time estimate provided on the day of delivery - please note this can be late into the evening.
Some postcode areas are not covered by Amazon delivery drivers and in these cases your order will be 'last mile' delivered by your local Royal Mail delivery driver.
If your tracking number begins with an 'A' then your parcel is being delivered by Amazon directly. If your tracking number does not begin with an 'A' then your item will be delivered by Royal Mail and further details can be found using your tracking number via the Royal Mail tracking website.
Your items will be handmade and dispatched by No Ordinary Weddings from our Oxfordshire studio, Amazon Shipping is used only as a delivery provider. Your order is not processed, dispatched or affiliated to Amazon in any way.

Delivery Details
Express orders will be prioritised by our designers and production team to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
We advise that you allow up to 5 working days between estimated delivery and your wedding day to accommodate for contingencies.
Express orders will be sent with Royal Mail on a Special Delivery 1pm Service, Royal Mail will deliver 5 days per week and will not deliver over the weekend.
Returns
We are committed to offering the highest standards for our products and customer service and if you are unhappy with your order, for whatever reason, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please be aware of our opening hours if you wish to discuss an order with us.
Due to the very individual nature of personalised and made-to-order products, they cannot be re-sold, and therefore we cannot accept returns if you have a change of mind.
If you wish to return an item because of an error on our part, or because it is defective, we will happily refund the full value of the item or send out a replacement free of charge. The item(s) must be returned in the condition in which you received it within 28 days of delivery.
